Weekly Therapy (Insurance Accepted)
I offer 53-60 minute weekly sessions that may be billed through insurance or paid privately.

If you prefer not to use insurance, the private-pay rate for a 60-minute session is $175.00.
Please note: EMDR is not provided in insurance-based weekly therapy sessions. EMDR is available exclusively as 90-minute private-pay intensives.
EMDR Intensives (Private Pay Only)
EMDR trauma therapy is offered exclusively as 90-minute private-pay intensives. Insurance does not cover extended sessions.
- Initial EMDR Intensive Assessment (required): $265
- Focused Healing Package (4 sessions): $995
- Deep Dive Package (8 sessions): $1,900
Packages encourage commitment and reduce cost but are not a guarantee of results within a set number of sessions.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Insurance-Based Sessions (53-60 minutes)
- Cancellations: $120 fee for any canceled session, if given less than 48 hours of notice.
- No-Shows: $210 fee if you miss a session without notice.
These fees are not covered by insurance and will be billed directly to you.
Why this policy? Your session time is reserved just for you. These policies protect scheduling and ensure I can continue offering consistent availability to all clients.
EMDR Intensives (90 minutes, private-pay only)
If you cancel an EMDR Intensive, the session is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Why this policy? Intensives require extended preparation and hold a large block of my calendar. This policy ensures the time remains dedicated to clients ready to engage in the work.

- Resourcing and readiness to ensure safety before trauma processing
Step 2: Choose a Package
Focused Healing Package – $995
- 4 × 90-minute EMDR processing sessions
- Builds momentum and consistency
- Saves $65 compared to booking individually
Deep Dive Package – $1,900
- 8 × 90-minute EMDR processing sessions
- Extended structure and continuity
- Best for complex trauma work
- Saves $220 compared to booking individually

- EMDR intensives are private-pay only. Insurance does not cover extended sessions.
